Introducing Glass Bubble Necklaces
After lots of tinkering and testing, I've come up with an entirely new version of our ever-popular bubble necklace.
Now made with glass gems set in durable silver-plated bezels, these images glow in the light.
I've also developed several new images from my collection of antique ephemera. Each necklace hangs from a quality 18" silver-plate chain.
$26 each.

Fun with Resin
I've been making silicone molds of some of my favorite antique buttons. Here's an example of a resin casting I did. It reminds me of jade.
One-of-a-kind cast resin necklaces, $36

Cherry Blossom Season
The cherry trees are blooming all around Seattle. This Japanese print was inspired by the season, and makes the perfect pocket panel for a Veronica shoulder bag.

Hello Quad Pocket Wallet
Our newest wallet is designed to neatly hold your stuff in a compact space. Mini wallet owners have long asked us for a wallet that can hold more, while staying small enough to fit in a a back pocket or small bag.
I put a couple of cards, folded cash, and receipt inside one of our inventory wallets to show you how the interior pockets function. Of course you can load each pocket with much more than is shown here. The wallet closes securely with two snaps.
Quad pocket wallet, $24. Available ready made and custom.
PS - This is a great design for minimalist dudes too.

Stackable Rings and Instagram
We just got these sweet rings in stock and they fit perfectly into this walnut Mancala game board that I thrifted awhile back. Priced at only $3 apiece, they are designed to stack in endless combinations on your finger.
I took this picture using Instagram, the popular iPhone app that just debuted for Android. I like the fact that the quirky contrast elevates the shot into something a bit more interesting.
I'm not sure how much I'll use the upload function. I'm still loyal to Filckr. If you're on either, follow me! My handle is LauraBeeSeattle.

Ginkgo ribbon
The gray and brown version of this ribbon has been so popular that I decided to add this spring green version to our repertoire. Today I made three wristlets and three wallets using the ribbon. I just couldn't resist seeing in on a Laura Bee product.
As I made these items, I couldn't help but think how lucky and happy I am to get to make stuff for a living.

It's a Special Saturday in Laura Bee Land
Ashley's getting married this Saturday. The store will be closed from 1-6 pm on Saturday, April 7 so that we can attend the wedding.
I know this may cause an inconvenience for some folks, but I hope you'll understand how important it is that we celebrate with Ashley and her family.
We will be open extra-long on Sunday, April 8. Visit us from 11-6 that day! You can see all of our open hours here.
