This embroidered faux leather is black with tones of brick and caramel. I topped it off with a tan ruffle ribbon and oversized French button.

Window Display with Paper Bunting

Our annual Spring Cleaning Sale ushers in the season. I wanted a bright, happy window display to entice customers to stop in the shop.


I made the paper bunting using origami paper that I bought for a song at Daiso. I hand cut the blue letters by making a template using the font Coney Island. Kim installed the window, draping the swags in cheerful curves. It has a carnival feel, don't you think?

New Earring Design

Sometimes, very rarely, the first time I make something new, it comes out exactly as I envisioned it. These new petite earrings were such a happy crafty event. We'll offer them in various designs. Sterling earwires, 15mm images. $17 a pair.

There is something about our ginkgo ribbon that makes it look good with almost any color combination.
